Urban Golf Peak

Urban Golf Peak is an eight-storey mixed-use development that brings premium city-centre apartments together with lettable office floors in a single, carefully composed building. The lower levels are configured as flexible commercial and office space — home, among others, to the Alliance of Bioversity International and CIAT — while the upper floors are given over to private residential apartments, each opening onto glass-railed balconies that take in the surrounding skyline.

Trust Contractors delivered the project end to end. We built the structural frame from foundation to roof, closed in the building envelope, installed the full suite of mechanical, electrical and plumbing services, and carried the work through to a complete,occupant-ready finishing. The result is a building that performs as hard as it looks: robust where it counts, refined where it shows.

The architectural character comes from a restrained stone-and-render facade paired with full-height glazing and slim glass balustrades — a combination that keeps the building feeling light and contemporary while standing up to daily use and the local climate. Every floor was detailed for its purpose, with the transition from public office levels to private homes handled cleanly in both circulation and finish.

Coordinating apartments, offices and shared services in one structure is a demanding brief: it means sequencing trades tightly, holding tolerances across many floors, and finishing to a standard that satisfies both corporate tenants and homeowners. Trust Contractors managed that complexity to deliver a landmark mixed-use address — and the kind of tenant roster that speaks for the quality of the build.
