AUCA Residential Hall

The AUCA Residential Hall is a five-storey student accommodation building designed to put comfortable, secure, purpose-built housing right on the university campus. Its facade pairs warm clay brick with smooth render, broken up by generous glazing that keeps rooms bright and well-ventilated, while balcony access along the floors gives students their own outdoor space and easy, open circulation between rooms.

Trust Contractors delivered the building complete — structure and fit-out end to end. We built the five-storey frame, closed in the brick-and-render envelope, and carried the work all the way through the interior fit-out: the rooms, shared facilities and circulation that turn a structure into a place students can actually live and study in.

Student housing carries its own demands. It has to be durable enough to take heavy daily use, simple to maintain, and finished to a standard that feels like a home rather than an institution — all while meeting the practical needs of a busy campus.
