Gilead Heights

Gilead Heights is a nine-storey tower that makes its statement through glass. A floor-to-ceiling curtain wall wraps the building on every side, flooding the interiors with daylight and giving the tower a sleek, reflective presence on the skyline. Private balconies step out from the facade at each level, and a dedicated rooftop crowns the building with open, commanding views across the city.

Trust Contractors delivered the project from the ground up. We built the structural frame — a nine-storey reinforced concrete structure engineered to carry the height and the fully glazed envelope — then installed that curtain-wall envelope to exacting tolerances, where flatness, alignment and weather-sealing leave no room for error. From there we carried the building through to a premium finish throughout, ready for occupation.

A glass tower is unforgiving work: every panel has to land true, every junction has to keep water out, and the whole envelope has to read as one clean, continuous surface from the street. Holding that precision across nine storeys — while sequencing structure, glazing and fit-out without compromising programme — is exactly the kind of disciplined delivery Trust Contractors is built for.
